16、st of disbursement shall be made within seven days after the project is completed SERTVICE FEE 14 MR.QIAN MINGJIE (DIRECTOR of BICI) Joined the Accounting Affairs Dept. of China Stock Executive Council (SEEC) in 1990. He has made long term observation on internal exchange of corporate share in sever
17、al enterprises. He has also taken a active part in writing and revising of the corporate accounting regulations for Hi -tech industry development zone. From 1992 to 1997, he had been involved in writing accounting rules for Zhuhai Hengtong real estate Corp.ltd, and in corporate share restructuring a
18、nd IPO of H share, N share and A share for several state-owned enterprises. Mr. Qian is a senior specialist on enterprises internal financial rules and systems. Mr.qian received his M.S degree from the Central institute of Finance&Banking in 1988 and BA degree from Shaanxi College of Finance&Economi
