3、年 月 日 小学高年级数学变式教学研究以徐州市A小学为例摘 要随着课程改革的不断深入，原有的教学方式方法已经无法完全满足新课程标准的要求，变式教学作为一种重要的数学教学方式，是促进我国基础数学教育获得成功的重要因素之一。本研究主要采用文献研究法和问卷调查法，在了解变式教学的概念、理论基础以及教学原则的基础上，调查了徐州市A小学的高年级数学教师对于变式教学的认识和运用情况。调查显示小学高年级数学变式教学中存在的问题：对变式教学的认识问题；对变式教学的设计问题；在变式教学过程中的问题，对变式教学的反思问题。针对这些问题，提出相应的改进建议：教师要加强对变式教学理论的认识；变式设计要紧扣教学目标；针
