37、村小学教育发展的瓶颈。这些问题的存在将严重拖累中国教育前进的步伐。只有通过对冠县农村教育现存问题的反思,不断推进教师队伍建设,完善农村教育体制,加强农村基础教育的建设,健全多元化的基础教育办学模式,来不断提高农村教师待遇和改善农村小学教育的办学条件,加快转变教育观念,以及从应试教育向素质教育方向的转变,以此来推动农村小学教育的健康发展。关键词:农村小学;师资队伍;资金投入;科学管理AbstractNowadays, with the development of quality education,wemustpaymuchattentiontothedevelopmentoftherural
