2、培训是一种唤起、激发教师自我发展的愿望 。的确是这样，各位专家的讲座让我耳目一新。他们的思想理念、知识经验、谈吐风度深深吸引了我。令我每天都在不断的思考着，理解着，惊叹着。宋海英主任所讲的鹰的故事记忆犹新，老鹰要在中年时重新更换它的外在，才能再次搏击长空，而教师要自我发展，却要在思想上、精神上脱胎换骨，抛弃狭隘的观念，抛弃追求安逸的懒惰思想，抛弃消极的职业倦怠感。几日的学习，胜过十几年的盲目工作。感谢培训部为这次培训所做的精心安排，培训涵盖了语文教师所应掌握的各个方面。使我对教师的专业精神、专业素养，语文课程标准、课堂教学、初学生的心理特点等有了进一步的、更加系统的、清晰的认识。同时，培训为我
3、打开了一扇窗子，让我知道了那么多教育名家，教育专著，为我今后的学习提供了丰富的学习资源。本次学习最大的收获是明确了教师自我发展的方法：反思、读书、交流。为我们做讲座的专家们有好几位和我的年龄相仿，可他们均已成绩斐然，听他们的讲座是一种享受。感叹之余，我在想，为什么会有这么大的差距呢?仔细查找，相信大家已经知道，他们都有写日记、好读书的好习惯。王廷波在他讲座的最后一段写道：“经验型学者型。”横线上写着“反思”二字。这句话点醒了我。我想，我每天都在工作着，有着广阔的实践基地，却很少去思考。就如同一头老牛，只知“低头拉车”，不知“抬头向前看”。这样的工作是盲目的，更是徒劳的。即使知道“抬头向前看”，
4、却很少“回头看自己留下的脚印”是什么样的。不善于总结反思，使我们即使发现问题，也懒得去分析问题，解决问题。所以长时间以来我们只能是原地踏步。一名教师只有善于反思，才能在实践中发现问题，分析问题的成因，寻找解决问题的方法。才能不断地超越自己，由狭隘的经验型教师成长为理性的学者型教师。才能促进学生的成长和教师的自我发展。李政涛教授说：“心在哪，智慧就在哪”。是的，心里想什么，就会注意什么，就会琢磨什么，最近看了一个故事，对我很有启发。说在相邻的两座山上住着两个和尚，他们每天在同一时刻到山下的同一条河里去挑水。日子久了，他们成了朋友。转眼五年过去了。一天，左边山上的和尚下山去挑水却没有遇到右边山上的
5、和尚，他想：他一定是睡过头了。可是第二天、第三天，一个星期过去了，他还是没有看见右边山上的和尚。他想：我的老友大概病了，我要去看他。于是他来到右边山上，他惊讶地看见老友正在庙前悠闲地打太极拳，那样子一点也不象一星期没喝水，他很奇怪。老友把他带到院子里的一口井旁，井水清澈甘甜。老友说，五年来他一直在挖这口井，每天做完功课他都要挖一会，即使有时很忙，他也要挖一点，能挖多少就挖多少。这不，终于挖成了，以后就不用下山去挑水了，他可以有时间打他喜欢的太极拳了。我希望我有一天也能像打井的和尚那样，打出一口井来，让我的学生，我自己，我周围的人都能喝到甘甜的井水。读书的作用我们都知道，只有读书，有选择地读书，

7、才能少走弯路，“听君一席话，胜读十年书”啊!高中语文教师培训心得体会篇二有人说“君子之学必日新，日新者日进也，不日新者必日退，未有不进而不退者”。的确，不学习不进步实际上就是一种退步。成为一名教师已经一年了，经验增长了一些，但锐气与进取心也磨掉不少，有时甚至觉得浸在一堆堆的作业、备课本中都喘不过气来了，更别提还有顽劣的学生用他的懒惰和不上进触动敏感的神经。直到我参加了江苏省高中语文教师网络培训，为我提高自己打开了一扇窗。从学习的内容来说，每一个专题的讲座都和我们在教学中遇到的问题有关，专家深入浅出的讲解，课后的交流也让我深受启发，觉得有这么多的同行参与进来，发现自己困惑的问题也让他们头疼，终于
8、觉得学习不是一件寂寞和孤军奋战的事。从学习的效果来说，我觉得学到的东西也能在教学中迅速地应用起来，改善自己的课堂。比如，作文专题那一讲，老师讲了一堂如何打开学生思路的课，当时我就想这样的方法对指导学生的写作真的有用吗?没过几天，讲解单元练习里的一个作文题时，我就大胆地尝试了一下这个方法。那篇作文是一篇命题作文，文题是“记住这一天”，我指导学生先从“记”字入手讨论，再采用老师用过的方法，让学生大胆联想，看他们能想到什么，平时不怎么回答问题的学生也敢于开口说出自己的想法了。当时我就觉得这种打开思路的方法是值得尝试的，后来看学生的习作，虽然优秀文章仍是寥寥，但至少很多学生知道了应该从哪个角度写，可以
9、写什么，我想这就是学习的收获吧。其实这次的学习还给了我另一个体会，就是惭愧。当看到别的老师旁征博引，理论结合实际，侃侃而谈的时候，我发现自己的理论积累是在是浅薄得可怜;当看到别的老师洋洋洒洒，或做散文或诗情澎湃时，我发现自己的文笔生涩得很;当别的老师激情万丈的时候，我有时却难免会偷偷懒，这一切都让我十分惭愧。知人者智，自知者明，无论采用哪种方式，无论是哪一个方面，我都认识到学习是终身的职业。一个人语文素养的高低在很大程度上取决于阅读习惯的有无、阅读视野的宽窄和阅读积淀的厚薄。叶圣陶先生说：“阅读是吸收，写作是倾吐，倾吐能否合乎于法度，显然与吸收有密切的联系。”可见阅读与写作之间有着密不可分、相
10、辅相成的关系，只要我们找到两者的结合点，舞好两柄“利剑”，相信就能“双剑合璧，威力剧增。”因此作为语文老师，我们不仅要培养学生的阅读兴趣，让学生养成良好的读书习惯，更要重视我们自身的写作教学。有人统计，目前有90以上的语文老师有阅读习惯，但是阅读的内容多为教学参考书籍。所以老师要带头读书，而且读好书多读书。其次，加强学生的写作训练，重视作文讲评，让学生每节课都学有所得。通过参加这次培训，我在语文教学观念上面也有了新的认识。学生的学习不是单靠老师讲会的，更重要的是靠他们自己学会的。我明白了一些知识可以传授给学生，但是学生能力的提高更依靠他们的实践来培养。但是老师的讲并不是可有可无的，它也是非常必
11、要的。老师要讲的是学生不会的、不懂的、想不到的，也就是要讲重点、难点、疑点。教师在尊重学生主体地位的同时更要发挥好自己的主导作用，同时还要注重培养学生的应用与拓展、发现与创新能力。另外我也想谈谈，这次培训以后我以后在教学方面的目标：其次我谈谈我以后的目标：1、针对教学经验不足，我决定在认真钻研新大纲，吃透教材的同时，虚心向有经验的老教师及兄弟学校的同行讨教经验,积极参与听课评课,虚心向他们学习。2、重视作文教学。加强学生的写作训练，多写多改，养成切磋交流的习惯，并乐于相互展示和评价写作成果。可以限时作文，45分钟写800字左右的文章。批改作文时可以采取多种方法，写评语时少批评多激励，并提出一些
12、有针对性的建议。3、及时充电，不断拓展自己的知识面，为教学工作注入新鲜血液,广泛涉猎各种知识，形成比较完整的知识结构，从而不断提高自己的教学水平和思想觉悟。4、激发学生的阅读经典名著的兴趣。教师让学生结合个人爱好，选择一些相接近的名著阅读，还要边读边做读书笔记，记下优美文段，记下心得体会。专家们的精辟讲座为我们一线教师的教学指明了一条宽敞的教学之路，让我们在教学中找到了方向，找到了依据，成为我们教改之路上的又一面旗帜，从而确定了教学研究的大方向。通过观看聆听专家们的理论见解，我再一次体会到语文教学的不定性，趣味性，可欣赏性，让我再次对研究语文产生了浓厚的兴趣。高中语文教师培训心得体会篇三3月9
13、、10日，天气薄阴，春意盎然。根据市教育局统一安排，我和全市高中语文教育同仁在安徽师范大学田家炳教育书院参加了芜湖市2012-2013学年度高中阶段教师继续教育集中培训。我们被编在三班，内容安排有学科知识与通识两部分。通过这一平台，我们温习了本学科的一些专业知识，开阔了眼界，加深了与同行的交流。在短短的两天时间中，我抓住这难得的机会，聆听葛维春、辛卫华等专家的精彩讲座，并积极与其他参训教师交流，共同探讨，享受继教的快乐。可以说，两天的学习更新了我的语文教学理念，使我获得了一次反思自己教学工作的机会，对一些问题的认识颇有醍醐灌顶之感，称得上是一次精神洗礼。继教培训期间，我满怀热情地学习，如饥似渴
14、地倾听，不知疲倦地记笔记，学习教学相关策略，用心去领悟教育理论观点，主动思索，积极探讨，结合自己的教育实践加以消化，把所学到的教育理论和观念，用到新的教育实践中。尤为重要的是，培训老师的敬业精神深深打动了我，启发我不能停留于做一个经验型的教书匠，而要在教学之余，不断总结，不断探索，不断耕耘，做一个有思想的育人者。下面是这次培训的几点感悟。1、继教擦亮教育人生走上教学岗位，我们就开启了教育人生，可是有多少人真正认识到，只有不断学习，这样的教育人生才会更加绚烂多姿?!“教育人生”要求教育中的人和与教育有关的人，不再把教育仅仅作为一个职业、一个手段、一项工作、一件事情来看待，来处理，而是当作自己人生
15、的一部分来对待，不断加以充实，不断加以完善。“教育人生”需要生命的活力，需要生命的激情，需要生命的灵动。那么，活力、激情，灵动从哪里来?只有不断学习，不断探索，我们才能赋予教育人生新的色彩，从而用活力去感染学生，用激情去感动学生，用新知去吸引学生，让学生获得终身发展必备的基础知识和基本技能，做一个以学习为乐的人!从这个意义上说，“教育人生”离不开学习，特别是继续教育集中培训，它如同心灵的粉板擦，能使我们的知识、观念常拭常新。现实生活中，有些教师陷于功利追求中，认为自己教书有年，对新的知识、观念麻木不仁，得过且过，故步自封。试想，一个对继教消极抵触的人，一个不能不断汲取新知的人，如何能满足学生求
16、知的欲望，做一个受到学生欢迎的好老师。2、继教让教师体验幸福教师的幸福是什么?教师的幸福是一种体验，是对教育中生存状态的一种高级的、愉悦的情感体验。在培训中，我真切而强烈地感受到，教师的幸福不仅仅体现在教育学生，同时也体现在充实自己，而后者是更高级的精神享受。聆听专家的精彩讲座，或根基扎实，思维绵密;或天马行空，神游八极;或娓娓道来，波澜不惊;或妙语连珠，舌粲莲花逐渐的，淡忘的知识清晰起来，如逢故人;芜杂的思想明了起来，灵光乍现;陌生的理念翩然而至，豁然开朗，如饮琼浆，又有那一种幸福能与此相比?譬如， 葛维春老师关于新课改与高考并行不悖的观点阐述，辛卫华老师对高效课堂建设的精辟分析，解决了我不
17、少的疑惑，都使我受益匪浅。专家引领在教育科学理论方面的阐述简要精辟，将为我的教学实践起到提纲挈领的作用，为我们的教育科学理论注入了源头活水。这难道不是最大的幸福?3、继教锻造我们的思想什么是教师的最高境界?做一个有思想的教师。一个有思想的教师不仅要具有精神感召力，有高超的教学艺术，更应该有新颖的教学理念，能够在理念的不断更新中领略到教育的快乐、幸福，彰显思想的深度!教师的教育理念、教学思想是从哪里来的?不是从天上掉下来的，也不是从书本上来的，更不是头脑中固有的，而是从对知识的渴求中产生，从知识与日新月异的时代的撞击中产生。这种撞击，可来自鲜活的现实生活，可以来自具体的教育实践，而继教集中培训正
18、提供了这样一个平台，除了聆听专家的教诲，参训者来自不同的学校，有不同的从教经历，有更多的机会相互交流，相互切磋，因此，继教集中培训是思想碰撞的舞台，从这里激发出的思想的花为我们的“教育人生”增添个性魅力。我们期待继教时间间隔更短，因为我们期望有更多的机会让大脑产生风暴，激荡思想的火花。正所谓，思想是行动的指南，思想有多远我们就能走多远!4、继教可使教学常教常新教师极易出现“职业倦怠”。在浮躁不安且功利主义盛行的今天，许多老师因为“教书”难有成就感逐渐懒惰起来!在继教活动中，旧的知识得到更新，旧的思维方式得到改变。作为教师，我们需要激发自身终身发展的愿望和能力，切实赋予终身发展必备的基础知识和基
