2、rded according to the requirements of the PSB and to ensure consistency in the daily submission of the registration details via the PSB computer/Fax to the bureau.PolicyIt is the policy of Hyatt Regency Dongguan to obtain full registration details of all hotel guests and to maintain a proper record
3、where all transmitted registration information are logged accordingly.Procedures1. All Front Office staff is required to collect the relative document upon check in to process a complete registration.2. Relative document is defined as valid passport for foreign guests, Hong Kong & Macau Return I.D.
4、for guests from Hong Kong and Macau, Taiwanese Visa Pass for guests from Taiwan and Chinese I.D. for mainland Chinese guests. 3. The GSO is required to verify the picture in the document especially for the Chinese guests.4. After checked in, the GSO is required to input the information into the “Ope
5、ra” where it will be uploaded to the bureau via the PSB computer.5. A record book is in placed where the GSO will have to sign each time a transmission is completed. 6. The Assistant Manager Front Office will countersign the record book each shift to ascertain that the task has indeed been completed.7.
