Glancing at the bits of wood and metal that lay around him, the man sadly picked up the mattress and carried it into his house. After he had put it on the floor, he promptly went to sleep agai

Looking round, I realized with a shock that I was the only passenger left on the bus. Youll have to get off here, the conductor said. This is as far as we go. Is this

She went into my room and got a big surprise when she saw all those books on the floor. This is the prettiest carpet I have ever seen, she said. She gazed at it for

14、 some time then added, You dont need bookcases at all. You can sit here in your spare time and read the carpet! Lesson53 Hot snake 触电的蛇At last firemen have put out a big forest fire in California. Since then, they have been trying to find out how the fire began. Forest fire are often caused by broke

15、n glass or by cigarette ends which people carelessly throw away. Yesterday the firemen examined the ground carefully, but were not able to find any broken glass. They were also quite sure that a cigarette end did not start the fire. This morning, however, a fireman accidentally discovered the cause.

16、 He noticed the remains of a snake which was wound round the electric wires of a 16,000-volt power line. In this way, he was able to solve the mystery. The explanation was simple but very unusual. A bird had snatched up the snake from the ground and then dropped it on to the wires. The snake then wo

17、und itself round the wires. When it did so, it sent sparks down to the ground and these immediately started a fire.Lesson54 Sticky fingers 粘糊的手指After breakfast, I sent the children to school and then I went to market. It was still early when I returned home. The children were at school, my husband w

19、ticky fingers and was dismayed when I recognized the voice of Mrs Bates. It took me ten minutes to persuade her to ring back later. At last I hung up the receiver. What a mess! There was pastry on my fingers, on the telephone, and on the door-knobs. I had no sooner got back to the kitchen than the d

20、oor-bell rang loud enough to wake the dead. Because the tree was mentioned in a newspaper, the number of visitors to Frinley has now in

23、creased. The tree was planted near a church fifty years ago, but it is only in recent years that it has gained an evil reputation. It is said that if anyone touches the tree, he will have bad luck; if he picks a leaf, he will die. Many villagers believe that the tree has already claimed a number of

24、victims. The vicar has been asked to have the tree cut down, but so far he has refused. He has pointed out that the tree is a useful source of income as tourists have been coming from all parts of the country to see it. However, when I was going out shopping last week, I noticed him in the garden near the gate. This time he was barking so that someone would let him ou

27、t ! Since then, he has developed another bad habit. As soon as he opens the gate from the outside, he comes into the garden and waits until the gate shuts. Then he sits and barks until someone lets him out. After this he immediately lets himself in and begins barking again. Yesterday my husband remo

31、fair. Lesson61 Trouble with the Hubble 哈勃望远镜的困境In future, astronauts will be required to descend from a spaceship while it is still in space and to return to it. The ability to do this will be necessary in future flights to distant planets. Scientists are now trying to discover if this is possible.

The planes had been planting seed for nearly a month when it began to rain. By then, however, in many places the grass had already taken root. In place of the great tree

44、于全国新建、扩建和改建的国家级森林公园总体规划的编制和修编,省级和市(县)级森林公园总体规划的编制和修编可参照本规范。1.3 森林公园的类型(规模、级别)森林公园按用地规模可分为:小型森林公园(20km2以下)、中型森林公园(21-100km2)、大型森林公园(101-500km2)、特大型森林公园(500km2以上)。森林公园包括国家级、省(自治区、直辖市)级和市(县)级三个等级。1.4 森林公园总体规划的任务是综合研究和确定森林公园的性质、规模和空间发展形态,统筹安排森林公园各分区建设,合理配置森林公园各项基础设施,处理好资源保护与利用的关系,指导森林公园的保护、利用与发展。1.5 森林公

45、园总体规划的编制必须符合我国国情、林情,要充分体现“严格保护、规范管理、适度开发、永续利用”的森林公园发展方针,严格遵循“以人为本、重在自然、贵在和谐、精在特色”的原则。1.5.1森林公园建设以生态经济和旅游经济理论为指导,以保护为前提,遵循开发与保护相结合的原则。在开展森林旅游的同时,重点保护好森林生态环境。1.5.2森林公园建设应以森林旅游资源为基础,以旅游客源市场为导向,其建设规模必须与游客规模相适应。应充分利用原有设施,进行适度建设,切实注重实效。 1.5.3森林公园应以森林生态环境为主体,突出自然野趣和保健等多种功能,因地制宜,发挥自身优势,形成独特风格和地方特色。 1.5.4统一布

46、局,统筹安排建设项目,做好宏观控制;建设项目的具体实施应突出重点、先易后难、可视条件安排分步实施。1.6 森林公园规划应与国土规划、区域规划、城市总体规划、土地利用总体规划及其他相关规划相互协调。1.7 森林公园规划除执行本规范外,尚应符合国家有关强制性标准与规范的规定。2 术语2.1 森林公园以良好的森林景观和生态环境为主体,融合自然景观与人文景观,利用森林的多种功能,以保护遗产资源、弘扬生态文化、开展森林旅游为宗旨,为人们提供具有一定规模的游览观光、休闲度假、保健疗养、科学教育、文化娱乐、野外探险等活动的场所。2.2 森林公园规划森林公园规划是保护培育、开发利用和经营管理森林公园,并发挥其

47、多种功能作用的统筹部署和具体安排。经相应的人民政府审查批准后的森林公园规划,具有法律权威,必须严格执行。2.3 森林资源森林资源是乔木为主体的林地及其所生长的森林有机体的总称。森林资源以林木资源为主,还包括林下植物、野生动物、土壤微生物等资源。森林资源是地球上最重要的资源之一,具有环境、社会、美学、经济等多种效益。2.4 风景资源也称景源、景观资源、风景名胜资源、风景旅游资源。是指能引起审美与欣赏活动,可以作为风景游览对象和风景开发利用的事物与因素的总称。是构成风景环境的基本要素,是森林公园产生环境效益、社会效益、经济效益的物质基础。2.5 森林游憩资源以森林景观为主体,其他自然、人文景观为辅

48、助的,具有游览价值与游憩功能,能对游憩者产生吸引力,并可产生环境、社会、经济效益的各种事物和因素的总和。 2.6 景点由一个或多个的独立、完整的景物所构成,并具有审美特征的基本境域单位。2.7 景观指可以引起视觉感受的某种景象,或一定区域内具有特征的景象。2.8 景区在森林公园规划中,根据景源类型、景观特征或游赏需求而划分的一定用地范围,包含有较多的景物和景点或若干景群,形成相对独立的分区特征。2.9 游览线游览线也称游线。规划为游客设定的在森林公园中的游览欣赏路线。2.10 综合分区在森林公园规划中,根据资源类型特征、游憩活动强度以及功能发展需求等划分的一定用地范围,具有相对独立特征的分区。2.11 生态容量在保证森林资源质量不下降和生态环境不退化的条件下,一定空间和时间范围内,用于维持游客开展游憩活动的品质能力的极限。2.12 游客容量在保持森林公园景观稳定性,保障游客游赏质量和舒适安全,以及合理利用资源的限度内,一定空间和时间范围内,所能容纳的游客数量。是
