2、全力通过塑造一流的抚仙湖生态经济环境，来创造一流的经济佳绩。在全力以赴发展一流经济的同时，也需建设一流国防，将国防建设与经济建设协调发展落到实处。 为了成为一名合格预备役营副营长，在本职工作十分繁重的情况下，积极利用业余时间加强对党的知识、时事政策、预备役部队建设相关法律法规和条令条例、军事知识、军事技能的学习，利用点滴时间学习借鉴他人之长补己之短，从中了解预备役部队发展历程，掌握预备役部队的建设动态，熟悉营队训练、管理、教育的方法，增强为营党委出谋划策的能力。在工作和日常生活中，模范遵守党规党纪、法律法规、军队条令条例，服从上级命令，听从指挥，热爱预备役工作，主动献身国防事业；积极参加连队学
3、习、会议、活动和带头参与军训、军事勤务，加强同上下左右的协调、沟通和联系，创造性地开展工作；在国庆节、建党节、建军节等活动和公共场所，善于树立军人的良好形象；并将部队严谨的作风和纪律引入单位管理，增强了机关凝聚力，改进了机关工作作风。 二、加强训练，确保军事过硬 俗话说得好“武艺练不精，不算合格兵”，入预备役以来，一直苦练军事技术，不断强化自身素质。作为一名基层副营长，没有过硬的军事素质是难以胜任该职位的，我刻苦钻研专业知识，勤奋好学，利用休息时间加强军事理论学习。在训练上一丝不苟，有时一个简单的动作我都要重复好多遍，使自己的每一个动作都能达到标准，甚至精益求精。重视预备役部队工作，保证连队既
4、出生产力又出战斗力，激活预备役营连的工作。预备役部队是人民军队的一部分，预备役官兵是战时转服现役的一支重要力量，虽然我们是后备力量，但要做到后备常备，预任胜任，兼职尽责！ 三、重视党组织建设，保证党对连队的领导。 结合整组和连队实际，优化了党员结构，使党（团）员人数占预编人数的48%，做到连有支部、排有小组、班有党员；亲自参与指导健全了会议、学习、议事、职责、党课教育等10项制度，并坚持好各项制度的落实，干部党员素质不断提高，模范作用充分发挥，为完成任务提供了保证；认真贯彻军官管理暂行规定，从严管干，强化了军官队伍建设。坚持每月1次的学习教育活动，并适时组织开展形式多样的教育活动，从根本上保证
5、了政令畅通和连队高度稳定统一。 四、积极做好思想政治工作，保证各项任务的完成。 在组织整顿、军事训练、参与地方两个文明建设和连队承担扑火等急难险重任务中，不失时机地安排时间，作动员，同官兵交心谈心，改进工作方法，使全连官兵在每次活动和工作中，始终保持热情高昂的情绪，工作任务出色完成。 五、自身存在的不足 回顾半年来的工作，虽然在工作中取得一定成绩。但金无足赤，人无完人，自身还存在一些不足，主要是：学识不足，军事理论知识有待加强。对于存在的不足，敢于反省和指出，也是一种改正的表现，在以后的工作中，将一如继往地加强学习，清清白白做人，踏踏实实做事，努力改进领导方法和工作方法，团结和带领政府办干部群
6、众，共同为连队的正规化建设作出应有的贡献。篇二：预备役指导员述职报告 述 职 报 告 各位领导，同志们： 我是在2007年6月就任六连预任指导员的。任职以来，在高炮团党委机关和区委、区政府的领导下，在营党委和全连同志的大力支持下，我能按照职责要求积极开展工作，并针对我们预备役部队基层实际，积极配合连长抓好连队各项工作，使连队的设施建设、军事训练、战备工作等都取得了一些成绩。下面就自己去年的学习、训练和工作情况向营党委作一个汇报： 一、 认真学习相关知识，基本实现角色转换 加入预备役以来,我能自觉学习预备役部队的有关知识,向其他预任干部学习,增强对预备役工作的认识，比较顺利地实现了由一名地方工作

8、，一是协调好与武装部的关系，二是协调好与地方党委政府的关系，为营连的工作开创有利局面。在上级交待的任务面前，始终保持强烈的进取精神和开拓意识，主动为营连建设服务，结合自己地方条件积极为连队解决难题，办实事。以强烈的事业心和工作责任感投入工作，不断提高工作质量。 总之，回顾任职以来履行职责情况，虽然在工作上取得了一些成绩，但由任职时间较短，各项工作与职责和上级领导的要求还相差甚远。还存在着一些问题：一是虽然对预备役有了总体认识，但对具体工作的开展缺少指导作用。二是军事知识缺少，在组织指挥部队的能力上不能称心得手。三是连队基础设施比较落后，在支持营连建设上做得不够。 今后，我将在工作生活和学习中努

10、神，按照建设全面过硬战略预备力量目标，扎实履行职责，积极创新实践，奋力推动党管武装工作迈上新台阶。 一、注重组织领导，在党管武装工作上取得新突破 一是认真履行党管武装职责。始终以强烈的政治意识、责任意识和忧患意识带头抓好党管武装工作，不当挂名书记，不当原则领导，以自身的表率作用带动和促进街道上下都来关心支持武装工作。坚持把武装工作纳入党工委重要议事议程，把民兵预备役队伍建设纳入年度考核范围，把武装工作经费纳入年度财政预算，做到武装工作与经济社会建设同安排、同部署、同督查，不断提高党管武装的能力和水平。二是严格落实党管武装制度。立足街道实际，及时组织制订了学习、例会、值班、请销假等制度，将每周五
11、集体学习，每月9日召开民兵连长例会，重大节日落实民兵值班等内容，用制度的形式固定下来。严格落实党政议军会议、现场办公、领导到位等制度，及时有效地解决武装工作和民兵预备役建设中存在的重难点问题，确保党管武装工作有序推 - 1 -进、创新发展。三是扎实开展国防宣传教育。把国防教育作为尚武拥军的基础工程来抓，纳入党工委理论学习内容范围，街道领导干部带头学习国防知识，影响和带动了辖区国防教育工作深入开展。积极开展国防教育宣传日、征兵宣传月等活动，开办国防教育宣传栏，展播爱国主义教育影片，在辖区形成了学习国防法规、关心支持国防建设的浓厚氛围。 二、注重队伍建设，在服务改革发展上取得新成效 一是推动队伍规
12、范化建设。按照“突出重点、整合资源、规范组建”的原则，对17个社区、32支队伍、500名民兵进行整合重组，其中建立重点分队70人，到点率达100%，取得了民兵编组合理、干部配备齐全、队伍素质提升的良好成效。大力推进民兵阵地建设，我们在经费紧张、场所稀缺的条件下，想尽一切办法筹资金、挤场所，共投资100余万元为17个社区配备服装、警棍、盾牌、头盔等训练装备，落实训练场地，成功打造了东上虞社区、文化路社区两处基层民兵连示范点。二是推动民兵战斗力提升。突出技能，注重实效，组织开展形式多样的训练活动，全面提高民兵遂行任务能力。每年利用五四青年节、八一建军节等节日，组织民兵广泛开展以提高支前保障、保交护

14、风，带头遵守社会公德、职业道德和家庭美德，为文明创建作出了应有贡献。 三、注重双拥工作，在密切军民关系上开创新局面 一是全力提高兵役质量。针对网上兵役登记这一新课题，我们开展上门服务，指导进行网上登记，着力提高网上兵役登记率。广泛进行宣传发动，采用挂横幅出板报、张贴宣传画、利用辖区LED电子屏幕播放宣传片等方式，吸引广大适龄青年和大学生朋友积极报名应征。同时，对入伍新兵进行追踪回访，鼓励他们努力学习、刻苦训练，奋力为国防建设贡献力量。二是全力落实优抚待遇。利用春节、八一等节日到部队、光荣院和烈军属家中走访慰问，带去党和政府的关怀，密切军政军民关系。严格落实各项优抚待遇，按时足额把优抚金发放到每
