2、故应急预案，建立了事故、传染病及时报告制度和安全预警制度，有计划地开展安全演练，让幼儿具备简单的防火、防电、防水、防病、防骗常识，并指派专人做好记录。 3、完善安全教育制度，经常有针对性地加强对师生的安全教育。一是学校利用每周一节的安全教育课对学生进行安全和健康教育，使学生牢固树立“安全第一，健康第一”的意识。二是要求各任课教师在上课中要积极渗透安全教育。三是积极开展交通安全、校内外活动安全、消防安全等专题安全教育活动，让学生在活动中达到自我教育的目的。 4、定期排查，及时整改。我校实行定期检查和日常防范相结合的安全管理制度。对幼儿园每个角落进行大检查，发现隐患，及时整改，特别是教室的门窗、学
3、校围墙、电路的布置、学生活动场地、大型玩具器械等定期检查，查找安全隐患，发现问题及时采取措施，从而确保幼儿安全。 5、加强疾病卫生防预。为防止传染病的发生，学校制订了疾病预防报告与重大事故应急预案，购买了84消毒液，为班级配备了体温表。每天两次对教室、厕所集中消毒，认真落实了晨检、午检制度，及时了解学生的出勤、健康情况，作好消毒记录和异常学生登记，并安排专人作为学校传染病疫情的报告人。 二、健全学校规章制度，做到有章可循 1、制订岗位职责，明确责任和工作目标：园长岗位职责、幼儿教师岗位职责、保育员岗位职责。 2、加强教师管理，规范办园行为：教师一日常规、考勤值日制度、例会制度、学习培训制度、考

6、方面进行了评估，通过资料的分析以及现场活动观摩，对幼儿园的各项工作进行了全面的观察、了解、座谈。上级部门给与我们的评估是客观和合情合理的，首先肯定了我园的硬件设施以及场地宽敞等，同时指出了在我们软件方面存在的问题和建议。 根据检查组各位领导的评估意见，我们组织了全体教职工和中层干部进行了学习和反思，我们了解到自己的不足与问题，因此我园将利用检查组给与我们的帮助和指导，对我园目前存在的问题作出相应的整改，以求达到规定的要求，最大程度地为幼儿园的发展作出努力。我们初步从以下几个方面进行整改。 一、针对办园条件方面的问题，我园主要做了一下整改： 增设了专门的保健室，购置了保健室各类器材用品；增设了消

8、进行了调整，把每日活动安排细化建立教师花名册，取消了一些教学内容，将小学化情况严重的问题得到改善。 四、管理机构方面 1、加强领导班子及中层干部的学习，统一思想。使班子成员能在园内发挥引领作用，提高分层管理的有效性能力，发挥中层干部作用，以项目责任制形式促进新的管理网络形成 2、争创一级园是我们当前的重中之重，加强目标和规划实施的监控机制很关键，定期每周一作为领导班子的工作汇报日，及（带着问题、带着思考、带着结果、带着反思、），提高中层的管理的有效性。加快责任项目的推进，对照一级园的标准，细化各项实施细则，寻找差距，加强薄弱环节管理，努力为争创一级园奠定良好的基础。 3、在整改中，我们根据一级
