3、要求。医疗废物管理方面： 1.医疗废物产生地分类收集、运送暂储存地、去向管理规范，有登记。一次性医疗用品储存、使用及残骸去向管理规范。 2.有相关工作人员职业卫生、安全防护措施及知识培训。 手卫生管理方面： 1.有医院的手卫生制度，并有具体落实措施。 2.抽查5名医务人员手卫生知识掌握情况，均熟悉手卫生知识。 3.洗手设施符合要求。 通过自查我们还存在诸多问题： 1.职工院内感染知识与控制意识浅薄，个别医务人员无菌操作执行不够严格。 2.部分科室消毒硬件配备不全，消毒、灭菌观念有待加强。 3.手术室、产房建筑设计不够合理。 4.院内感染控制细节做得不够。 5.院内感染登记不全，有个别科室对院内
4、感染登记表填写工作不重视。 6.对传染病卡的填报工作欠缺认真。 针对我院存在的问题，认真分析，想办法，找措施，解决存在的实际问题： 1.建立组织，明确职责，责任到人，健全完善制度约束人。 2.经常性到病案室查看病历，检查督促医院感染病例的填报工作符合上级要求，做好医院感染病例漏报补登工作。 3.制定和执行医院感染管理各项规章制度，如：消毒隔离制度、医院感染病例登陆记制度、无菌操作制度、传染病报告制度等。4.抓好宣传教育、培训工作，对新毕业医护人员进行了培训及考核，对全院医务人员进行院内感染管理及传染病知识考核。 5.开展室内室外卫生大清扫，整顿死角。 6.做好院内感染相关活动的登记工作等。 三
5、、进一步完善管理制度并贯彻落实 医院感染管理制度是搞好医院感染的基础和重要保证。制定和健全一整套科学实用的管理制度来规范医院有关人员的行为，并认真贯彻执行，对于提高防范意识、降低医院感染的发病率极为重要。充分发挥制度的约束作用，使各项工作落实到实处。 四、继续抓好临床各科室消毒隔离、感染监控工作。 医院加强对各临床科室的消毒隔离、感染监控工作。定期不定期检查，对发现的问题及时处理。发现传染病人，要及时登记报告疫情。有毒有害和有传染性的污水污物必须经过消毒处理。除对查重复使用的物品严格按要求消毒外，我院增加了一次性使用无菌医疗用品的使用率，大大降低了院内感染的可能性。 1.每天到科室了解有无院内
6、感染病例，有无漏报、错报等。各科对发现的院内感染病例，及时进行登记并上报院办，并进行相应处理。 2.医院应认真搞好环境卫生、室内卫生、个人卫生和饮食卫生，加强对病人的卫生宣传教育，为病人创造一个整洁、肃静、舒适、安全的医疗环境。 五.继续管好一次性用品，保证病员的医疗安全及防止社会污染。 在一次性用品购进中，加强管理工作，严格查证、检查质量。对购进的一次性用品进行检查、登记，把好一次性用品、消毒药械购进关口，严防不合格产品进入我院。在本年度中，我院购进的一次性用品无一样不合格产品。加强一次性使用无菌医疗用品的贮存管理，按要求离地离墙存放。院内每季度对库房及各科室存放的一次性使用无菌医疗用品检查
