Maintained a Log Book that provides you specific issues that you need to discuss with employee based on positive performance to encourage staff, but also areas that require immediate improvement

15、ord of the reasons in order to ensure it is done for specific reasons which are easy to recall. 18、 HOW TO CONDUCT EFFECTIVE APPRAISAL主题: 如何进行有效鉴定Policy政策The appraisal is conduct annually after or just prior to 12 months employment, but must be done no later than 14 days after, 12 months service.鉴定是员工工作每满12个月后或将满12 个月进行的,但最迟进行时间不能超过满12个月后的两周。Procedure程序1. Hotel Standard Appraisal Form must be use
