5、akerassumestobethecasepriortomakinganutteranceoramessagepreconditionfortheprocessingofanycommunication”(Yule,1996:25).Pragmaticpresuppositionsarebestdescribedasarelationbetweenaspeakerandtheappropriatenessofasentenceinacontext(Levinson,1997:177).Speakers,notsentences,havepresuppositions(Yule,1996:25
