2、ut are working at a hotel in the IHG System, then you may be eligible for the IHG System Room Benefit Programme. All full-time or permanent part-time employees who have been employed for at least 90 days are eligible for the IHG System Room Benefit programme. Heres how it works: All Employee Room Ra
3、te bookings are to be made through IHGs web based on line booking service - If you do not have access to the web, contact your line manager who will assist you either via your hotels computer(s) or reservations office or alternatively calling the hotel direct to make your reservation. Employee Room
4、Benefit Programme rooms are subject to room allocations and space availability at any Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Express by Holiday Inn, Staybridge Suites by Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza or InterContinental hotel worldwide. The Employee Room Benefit Programme rate is normally not applicable to I
5、HG System Hotels within a 30 mile radius of the principal place of business of the employee requesting the room. Advance reservations are required. Hotels are not required to confirm Employee Room Benefit Programme rate reservations more than 90 days in advance. The Employee Room Benefit Programme r
6、ate is applicable only to non-business related travel. All Employee Room Benefit Programme rates are subject to applicable taxes and regular service charges and are also subject to standard room cancellation procedures. A maximum of two rooms may be booked per hotel visit for use by the employee and
7、 employees immediate family. Employees may stay no more than seven nights per hotel per year. Note: The employee must be in the travelling party for the Employee Room Benefit Programme Rate to apply. Once an employee receives a confirmation number for a reservation at the Employee Room Benefit Progr
8、amme rate, the hotel may not rescind that rate. An IHG System Employee Room Benefit Card must be presented at check-in by the employee whose name appears on the reservation. Employees must produce some form of additional identification upon check-in. MAKING A RESERVATION Please call Reservations dir
9、ectly on 0870 400 8170. An Employee Room Benefit Card must be completed and signed by the employees Line Manager and presented at check-in by the employee whose name appears on the reservation. Employees must also produce some form of identification upon check-in. The hotel may require additional re
10、asonable verification of the employees employment status in the form of a letter from the employees Line Manager verifying employment. Once an employee receives a confirmation number for a reservation at the employee discount rate, that rate may not be rescinded. A separate card must be completed an
11、d approved for each hotel where a reservation is held. An Employee Room Benefit Card can be obtained from your HR Department.
