2、a series of chairs in rows, which faces a head table, podium or screen Ensure there is no more than 14 chairs per row Align chairs evenly in each row Ensure there is four inches between chairs, side to side 2. School/Classroom Set up a series of classroom tables lined in rows, with chairs placed fac

3、ing the table or front of the room If 6 by 15” tables, place a maximum of three chairs If 8 by 15” place a maximum of four chairs Ensure a three to four foot width between rows Leave space at the front and rear of the room 3. Conference Set up a series of tables in a rectangular or oval fashion, wit

4、h chairs on all sides (sometimes also used for meal functions) Use 6 by 30” or 8 by 30” tables Place tables next to each other, lengthwise, in the center of the room Set chairs according to proper scale, depending on the room size and available space Result Room styles are set up accurately as direc

5、ted by a banquet function Task To place banquet tables in accordance to set-up standards Standards Banquets must maintain a neat, clean and well organized appearance.
