Upon check in, the Front Desk t
3、eam is to ask the guest to produce their business cards or company I.D. in order to qualify for the rates.2. Those without the relevant proof will be informed courteously to fax the information to us prior to departure.3. The Front Office team will explain to the guests that the hotel is protecting
4、the rates that have been previously agreed between the Company and the hotel.4. All fax sent to the hotel must be written on a company letterhead with the initiators signature and position in the company.5.
