All staff must check and note their assigned shifts timing at least one day before to ensure they come on the right shift.2. The department cannot assign duties to a staff who comes on the wrong shift.3. Should the staff
3、 request a change of shift or clearance of annual leave, public holidays, he or she must give advance notice and put in a request sheet at least one week in advance. Occasionally, requests might not be granted due to: Manning and Occupancy. As such, staff can arrange to swap shifts with each other w
4、ith the acknowledgement of the Assistant Manager & above.4. The hotel reserves the right to assign unutilized vacation time (i.e. Annual leave / Public Holidays etc) for staff to clear.5.
