With the increasing number of hotels opening each year, the demand for staffs both experienced or new recruits are increasing. For areas and regions such as Chinas secondary and tertiary cities where the recruitment of qualified
2、 local staffs are limited, thus there is a demand for staffs from overseas or from neighboring provinces. Staff dormitory are provided as accommodation for these people. The dormitory may be an independent building built separate from the hotel or a part of the hotel delegated exclusive for full-tim
