中国不接受双重国籍！！！

首先，入外籍人员肯定要注销国内的户口。

回来工作如果不注销户口，那么将无法办理工作许可证和工作居留许可。

其次，外国人想要在中国合法工作一定要办工作签证，持其他签证在中国工作是不合法的👮，被发现以后中国公司和外国人都要受到处罚，特别是外国人，一旦留下非法工作过往，想再次申请中国工作签证几乎不可能。

最后，申请中国工作签证的基础条件就是本科及以上学历和2年工作经验。(如果学历和工作经验不够，可以用积分方式)
