2、标水平包括绘制相关物流的流程图,以及与其他业务流程的接口界面。(关于服务水平的确认CFT认为需要增加衡量指标;)Set up of the Logistic cross functional team (CFT): Introduce the TG methodology (PVM) to CFT members to let them identify and remove the barriers to improve the logistic operation to a entitled level, which include the mapping of the relevant
3、logistic process and its interface with other processes.(For service level evaluation, CFT thinks there is the need to increase more measurements)2. 确立物流平台作为一个独立的物流和分销业务单元的最佳组织结构(CFT认为物流业务部组织架构中应该包含DC)To define the optimal orgenizational structure of the logistic platform as an indepent logistic and

(CFT thinks the foundamental precondition for the whole project is to make sure both sides understand what the future logistic model looks like before the the start of the project.)
