24、09、J971-2009;(6)新建铁路杭州至长沙客运专线首次设计技术交底资料;(7)新建铁路杭州至长沙铁路客运专线施工图路基工程设计详图集;(8)沪昆赣鹰指安发20108号;(9) 沪昆赣工发201079号文;(10)中交股份沪昆客专HKJX-3标项目经理部二分部路基施工组织设计;2、工程概况2.1概述我项目部承建的新建杭州至长沙铁路客运专线施工里程为DK453+000DK477+301.5,全长24.3km。全线跨越两个县(余江县、东乡县),6个乡镇(中童镇、平定乡、春涛乡、邓埠镇、柏玕乡、小璜镇),16个自然村,其中跨越梨温高速引道一处,跨越济广高速一处。本段共有桥梁23座,路基23段,

25、其中连续梁3处。路基总长5.56km,桥梁总长18.7km,管段路基主要工程量:CFG桩4.4万根/30.4万延米,填土(石)45.8万方,挖土(石)96.5万方,AB组填料或改良土方30万方,级配碎石21.9万方。2.2试验段的设置根据本标段目前施工图到位情况以及征地拆迁、取、弃土场、现场交通、水电情况等综合分析比较,将试验段定在DK461+475DK461+675,全长200m,该地段地形地貌:垄岗地貌,地势稍有起伏,自然高程3547m,相对高差28m,自然坡度10,多辟为旱地。测区有乡村通水泥路到达,交通便利。(二)地层岩性及工程地质条件:表层主要为第四系中更新统冲洪积(Q2alpl)粉

26、质黏土、黏土,棕红色、褐黄色、浅黄色,局部夹砾石,硬塑,厚度0.85.0m,局部夹(Q4al+pl)粉质黏土,流塑,层厚0.83.0,鱼塘、水塘及部分水田表层分布有(Q4al+pl)淤泥,棕褐色,有腥臭味,层厚0.50.8m;下伏基岩为中生界白垩系上统塘边组K2t粉砂岩,棕红色,砂质结构,层状构造,全风化层厚110m,强风化层厚17m。(2)1-1 粉质黏土,流塑,级,=18.0kN/m3, Cu=5.0kPa,u=8.0,Ps=0.51MPa ,Es=2.54MPa,0=60kPa。(4)1-1 粉质黏土,硬塑,级,W=25.09%,=18.6kN/m3,e=0.94,Cu=23.55kPa

27、,u=33.52,Ps=2.25MPa,平均标贯击数N=9.81击,Es=5.72MPa,0=180kPa。(7)2-1 K2t粉砂岩,全风化,级,W=25.09%,=19.7kN/m3,e=0.83,Cu=24.69kPa,u=28.55,Ps=2.55MPa,平均标贯击数N=15.03击,Es=8MPa,0=180kPa。3、试验段试验的目的和范围3.1 试验段试验的目的3.1.1根据地质条件和设计要求,选定地基处理工艺;3.1.2总结技术参数,工艺标准。根据填料种类确定路基填筑机械配置和压实工艺,包括确定不同压实机械、不同填料施工含水率的控制范围、适宜的松铺厚度和相应的最佳碾压遍数、最佳
