For potential investors and owners of Crowne Plaza properties, this document defines the commitment to quality of Crowne Plaza Hotels. For architects and other design professio

6、nals, this information is a guide to assist in the design process for the construction and renovation of Crowne Plaza properties. Potential Owners can refer to this document to identify the extent of work / cost required for the conversion of existing properties to the Crowne Plaza brand. In additio

Building owners and their design professionals must meet or exceed these criteria. When speci

9、fic design issues are not addressed, these Standards are to be used as a guide to establish design intent in order to develop innovative design solutions and which meet or, as governed by market forces, exceed the intent of the Standards. This document also establishes a basis for the review process
