17、学生德育中的重要作用,并扎实有效地展开法制教育,从而有效地限制学生违法犯罪事件的发生。二、法制教育对象及教育内容。学校法制教育的主要对象为在校学生,以及学生家长、教育内容为:小学各学科教材中的法制教育素材;小学生日常行为规范和小学生守则的内容中也容纳了很多的教育材料。预防未成年人犯罪法等各种法律法规的学习以及与学生生活密切相关的如交通法、教师法。三、教育步骤及方法。法制教育是一项长期的复杂的过程,必须有精细的计划和严密的实施以及规范的过程管理,并配套齐全的制度予以保障。1、行为规范教育。本学期我校法制教育可先从守则和规范为切入口,通过守则和规范的学习,养成良好的守纪习惯,要求各个学生能记、会背

18、、能对照、会执行,同时利用电视台、广播站、黑板报等宣传阵地进行有关学校课间、午间纪律、就餐纪律、放学纪律等各项规定的宣传,让学生懂得守纪是守法的最基础的环节并自觉遵纪守法。2、法律常识教育。对学生进行于之密切相关的有关法律常识的教育。未成年人保护法、预防未成年人犯罪法、交通法、教师法、治安管理处罚条例等等。要让学生清楚地知道秘书应该履行的法律义务和责任,自己所拥有的权利。3、遵守法律、法规及社会公德的养成教育。通过法律常识的教育,接下来就可以明确地向学生指出,什么可以做,什么不可以做,知道法律、法规有法律的约束力和强制力,要学会对自己行为的控制。4、树立自尊、自律、自强意识。要让学生知道各自的
