2、inspection for weighing sensor 1. purpose: This procedure prescribe the inspection for appearance, logos, packaging and storage of weighing sensor. 2. Appearance inspection The appearance of the sensor by visual inspection, the sensor bearing surface may not have scratches and rust spots, shell and
3、parts surface coating and nameplate are intact, no apparent injuries, the text of all signs and symbols should be clear and securely. 3. logo, packaging and storage 3.1 logo Sensor should be nameplate, must be marked on the nameplate: a. name of manufacturer or factory mark; b. the product name and
4、model; c. measurement range; d. accuracy levels; e. Product ID; f. the date of manufacture. 3.2 packaging The sensor packaging should be consistent with ZBY 003 (instrumentation packaging and transportation technical conditions). 3.2 storage The sensor should be stored at a temperature of -25 to +60
5、 C and relative humidity less than 90% of the ventilation room, indoor air shall not contain corrosive gas. Drafted by: Zhang Lihui Date: 2012-08-31 称重传感器进厂检验规程称重传感器进厂检验规程 Document No.： 1.1. 目的目的 本规程规定了工程机械搅拌设备所用称重传感器的外观、标志、包装和贮存的检验。 2.2. 外观检验外观检验 传感器的外观用目检法进行，传感器的受力面不得有划痕和锈点，外壳和零部件表面的涂覆层和铭牌均完好，无明显伤痕，所有标志的文字和符号应清晰、完整并牢固。 3 3. . 标志、包装和贮存标志、包装和贮存 3.1 标志 传感器应有铭牌，铭牌上标明： a. 制造厂或厂标； b. 产品名称和型号； c. 测量范围； d. 精确度等级； e. 产品编号； f. 制造年月。 3.2 包装 传感器的包装应符合标准ZBY 003(仪器仪表 包装运输技术条件)的规定。 3.3 贮存 传感器应存放在温度为-25+60和相对湿度不大于90%的通风室内，室内空气中不得含有腐蚀性气体。
