We all know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Breakfast is also often the only meal our guests experience at o

The following standards outline minimum requirements to ensure the most important meal of the day is an experience to remember.The standards in the following pages address minimum requirements for food offerings on the buffet, service standards, equipment and display standards, and signage

3、 standards. The minimum standards are mandatory, but are not meant to take away from the unique characteristics of each property and the local and regional preferences. They should serve as a guideline to ensure your hotel provides the same quality and consistency expected by our guests.Doubletree B
