4、site-specific faade details. Lights must be cast and narrowed to a visually defined beam upon the faade and between windows. A general light wash on the building or lights shining onto windows is not permitted. The light fixtures can be adjusted on two axes for proper beam aiming, as well as adjusta

There are two program options for you to select from: Option 1: SMS Complete Manage
20、ment: SMS will prepare a Lighting Design and Signature Back Wall Recommendation for your hotel, provide code check services, provide best quote for installation, and manage all aspects of obtaining a qualified contractor to perform the installation of the Exterior Lighting and Signature Back Wall pa
21、nel. SMS will inform IHG that installation has been completed as a step towards Relaunch completion. Option 2: Hotel Preferred Contractor: SMS will prepare a Lighting Design and Signature Back Wall Recommendation for your hotel, provide code check services, and provide an Installation Package for th
22、e hotels preferred contractor. Hotel should contact SMS with a scheduled installation date, so that this information can be provided to IHG.3. With both program options, hotels will need to Review & Approve the Design Recommendations with SMS.4. Once a Design has been approved, SMS will provide the
23、hotel with the item numbers of the fixtures to be ordered from Guest Sup-ply.5. Compliance with the Exterior Lighting installation will be noted in the Validation Visit from EcoSure. This visit will occur within four weeks of the hotels Relaunch.IMPORTANT TO NOTE:All Lighting Designs will need to be
24、 checked against the codes in the hotels local municipality. This process can take as little as 2 weeks to as long as 8 weeks. If code checks have not yet been completed by the time you place your Consolidated Hallmark Order with Guest Supply, do not add the light fixtures to your order. The fixtures may be placed as a seperate order with Guest Supply and will not hold up your Relaunch progress. Hotel will still need to arrange for the delivery of the fixtures to arrive prior to the signage installation.
