6、the management team.作为主要的部门领导及管理层中的重要成员,管理财务部门。Provides management accounting information.为管理人员提供财务方面的信息。Coordinates preparation of the Hotels annual business plan.协同准备酒店多年度营业计划。Provides budget information which helps determine operational targets and decisions.为确定酒店营业目标和决定提供预算资料。Acts as a financial

7、 consultant and assists Hotel management with the proper computation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.为协助酒店进行正确的年度预算及周期性财务预算提供财务咨询。Initiates investigations of all aspects of the Hotel in the interest of maximizing profits and internal control.为使酒店获得最大利润及内部控制而进行各反面的调查研究。Analyzes Hotel perform

8、ance versus budget/forecast and gives counsel to management.分析酒店经营状况,同预算作对比,为管理层提供建议。Monitors operational and capital expenditures in conjunction with approved budgets.监督酒店营运费用、固定资产费用、及批准的预算。Monitors the Hotels insurance policies and ensures that all required coverage is in effect.监督酒店保险项目,保证素有需要被保险

The counting records must reflect the Hotels financial position.根据总部及当地法律要求准备财务记录。财务报告必须反映酒店财务状况。Must comply with the policy and procedures manuals as well as memorandums issued by the District Controller and Head Offic

If this compliance results in non-compliance with head office requirements, the CFSM must advise the District Controller遵守当地法律法规。如其与总部要求有冲突,应向地区总监汇报。Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Hotels managemen

13、t agreement.遵循酒店管理协议。Serves as one the Hotels signing authorities. The Director of Finance and Business Support signs, jointly with the General Manager without exception.作为酒店签名有效人之一,财务及业务支持总结案只应与总经理共同签名,别无例外。All Cash disbursements.所有财务报销。All allowances, rebates and adjustments.所有福利,调帐。All purchase o

14、rders.所有采购单。All accounts payable vouchers and invoices.所有应付凭证及发票。Ensures accurate documentation of value of inventories of food, beverage and operating supplies on hand, controlling distribution of material and supplies to departments in response to requisitions and control of inventory levels.确保准确记

15、录食品,酒水价值并确保供应充足,根据部门领货要求控制货物发放及库存。Monitors cash receiving facilities in the Hotel; ensures that all receipts are, in a timely manner, deposited to the Hotels bank account; and reconciles outstanding deposits in a timely and accurate manner.监督酒店内现金收取,确保所有现金收入及时存入银行,并及时准确核对未到帐现金。Controls exposure to b
