2、elegate, and within the limits of established InterContinental Hotels Group Policies and Procedures, assists in overseeing and directing all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation. Assists the Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef in all responsibilities, to replace them in their abse

3、nce and to assist in any of the outlets or banquets when necessary. 职能:在洲际酒店集团的政策和程序下,配合和协助餐饮总监的工作,并协助管理餐饮部运作方面的工作。在餐饮总监和行政总厨缺席的情况下,全权代理餐饮部去协助各个餐厅或者宴会。1. 4、operation of the Food and Beverage sections and informs the Director of Food and Beverage or designate, of any major decision taken which did not require his/her action and any other relevant information 协助管理餐饮部每天的运作,及时的汇报给餐饮总监,或者委派、通知相关人员及相关信息。 Assumes the duties and responsibilities of the Directo

5、r of Food and Beverage in his absence 当餐饮总监不在时,全权代理餐饮部。 Assists the director of Food and Beverage in the preparation of the Business Plan协助餐饮总监准备经营计划。 Controls and analyzes, on an on-going basis, the following: 在继续进行的基础上,控制和分析下列各项: Sales销售 Costs成本 Quality and presentation of food and beverage produc

To work with the Outlet Managers, Banquet Service Manager and Outlet Chefs to take corrective action where necessary.在监督服务和餐饮标准的方面协助餐饮总监和行政总厨的工作。与餐厅经理、宴会经理和餐厅的总厨紧密合作,纠正错误的行为。 Assists with special projects assigned to him by the Director of Food and Beverage.协助餐饮总监做他制定的特别项目。

9、Assists the Director of Food and Beverage in planning and organizing successful Food and Beverage activities in the hotel and overseas协助餐饮总监在酒店内和海外成功的计划和组织餐饮活动。 Liaises with the Executive Chef concerning food matters and assists in administrative tasks (Culinary supervision and Procurement Managemen

15、所有餐饮部文件。 Outlet in bringing all Outlet Managers, Chefs and the Banquet Sales Manager up to date with market needs and trends and ensuring that their product meets these requirements. 给所有餐饮部经理、厨师和宴会销售经理最新的市场需求和趋势,确保他们的产品能够迎合这些需求。 Assists the Director of Food and Beverage in setting Food and Beverage

16、goals and developing strategies, procedures and policies 协助餐饮总监制定餐饮部的目标并开发策略、流程和政策。 Assists the Director of Food and Beverage in determining the minimum and maximum stocks of all food, beverage, material and equipment协助餐饮总监做食物、饮料、原料和设备最小和最大存储量的决定。 Assists the Director of Food and Beverage in setting

17、s standards of all food, Beverage and equipment purchases in accordance with IHG guidelines根据洲际集团的标准协助餐饮总监制定所有食物、饮料和设备的采购的标准。 Participates in the preparation of the hotels revenue plan and marketing programs 参加酒店收入计划和市场销售项目的准备工作。 Monitors local competitors and compare their operation with the hotel
