2、 guest request for booking of hotel limousineCall the transportation office.Reply to guest.Key in the system. If hotel limousine is not available, call the Bell Counter to reserved the Taxi. Greeting the guest with eye contact, smile.Check the following details as follow:a. Guest nameb. Room numberc

Taken byCall the transportation office to check if the car available.If is available, take down the price and car number.Confirm with the guest about the price. Key in the information into the system if airport transfer, and le

4、ave the trace to other receptionist to follow up. If hotel limousine are fully booked, call the bellboy at main entrance to book a Taxi for the guest, give guest a Taxi card with taxi number in case anything happen he/she can call our Hotel for help. Receptionist escorts guests to main entrance and

5、explain the address to the driver.
