PolicyIt is the policy of the Hyatt Regency Dongguan that the Hotel Passport provides information about the hotels facilities and services and serves to identify the guest is a registered guest of the hotel. Procedure1. The guests name, room n
3、umber, room rate and departure date are written on the guest passport.2. The card key is put together wit the hotel passport.3. Be prepared to answer questions from the guest concerning the information written on the guest passport. 4. Explain to the guest that for security reason, and in order to i
4、dentify him / her as a staying guest, he / she should always have the passport with him / her while in the hotel.5. Hotel passport information must be clearly and neatly printed via the printers. No correction and cancellation are allowed.6.
