Statement of Purpose The purpose of the Decor and FF&E Standards for Crowne Plaza hotels and resorts is to establish acceptable standards and guidelines for the interior a

2、rchitectural finishes, interior design and graphic design for the group of Bass Hotels & Resorts representing the Crowne Plaza brand. The intent is to offer a reference point for the architectural and/or interior design professional to establish the appropriate quality and consistency of architectur

3、al detail and definition of space, along with fabrics, furnishings, decor and lighting, which define Crowne Plaza. The Standards will establish a consistent level of guest expectation and a means to measure and maintain the same level of quality at every Crowne Plaza property. The intent is not to r

For potential investors and owners of Crowne Plaza properties, this document defines the commitment to quality of Crowne Plaza hotels a

Architects, interior designers and other design professionals should use this information as a guide in the design process for the construction of new properties, and for the renovation and upgrading of existing properties. Franchisees should refer to this document to establish the scope

7、 of work required for the conversion of their properties to the Crowne Plaza brand. Crowne Plaza hotels and resorts will use these Standards for the evaluation of property compliance for the Architecture and Design Review (A&DR) process. Hotel owners and their desig

When specific design issues are not addressed, these Standards are to be used as a guide to establish design intent in order to develop innovative design solutions that meet or, as governed by market forces, appropriately exceed the intent of the S

The primary public spaces, particularly the restaurant, bar and meeting facilities, are continu

30、ations of the initial spaces. Leisure and fitness facilities must be oriented to the needs of the guests and consistent with the brands standards and guidelines. Standard guest corridors, rooms and baths are expected to be compatible with the overall design and quality of the hotel. The Crowne Plaza

31、 Club Level and Club Lounge must provide an alternative style and decor that are readily apparent when compared to the standard guest floors. Back of house areas, including the mechanical and service areas, are expected to be clean, efficient and supportive of the staff that serve the hotel guests;

Crowne Plaza reserves the right to not approve any design firm, or individual designer, that cannot

These Standards are also to be used as a design and planning reference by architects, interior designers and other design professionals when developing plans, details, finishes and specifications for hotel construction and renovation. 42、rve as the basis upon which periodic property evaluations by Crowne Plaza hotels and resorts will be made in order to maintain consistent quality throughout the Crowne Plaza brand. Design of the interiors of new and renovated hotels shall comply with the latest Standards available. Should these St

46、andards be changed or modified during the design process, the changes must be incorporated in the design to the maximum extent possible; this will be accomplished through consultation with a Crowne Plaza representative. After completion of the construction or renovation, and installation of finishes
