3、nity to run a training session with one trainee while the rest observe. Immediately upon finishing, you will receive feedback from the rest of the group and me.Once again, the purpose of our feedback will be to help you develop your training skills.Your personal objectives are to:Prepare the room an

8、3561234612345180 mins3Try to ensure that the first and last of the sessions are given by the participants you think show the best skills.Ensure that observers know that they need to make notes as they observe, and that they are happy to use the checklists. Explain that a maximum number of 10 minutes

9、 is available for each review session, so each persons feedback should last no more than 1 minute.Review how to give feedback.Check that everyone has managed to prepare their resources to their satisfaction. Allow each person five minutes to prepare the room and resources before calling for their tr

10、ainee.During each practice session sit with the observers and make careful notes based on the checklist. This will enable you to add feedback that the observers have missed and reinforce key points about the training skills.As before, ask the trainer and trainee how they felt about the session. Then

11、 ask each of the observers for their feedback.In the unlikely even that you have serious concerns about the training ability of any one participant, dont mention this in front of the group. Deal with this matter individually after the training session.At the end of the practical session: Summarise the main learning points that have arisen, stressing the positive ones first and thank everyone for their effort.Break for lunch.
